Fastest Growing Destinations For Residential in Dombivali

Wakad is one of the fastest growing destination for Residential and commercial spaces. There is plan to develop an elevated road between Kalyan and Bhiwandi passing thru Kalyan Shillphata Road from Dombivali.

To make the Kalyan Shillphata road less congested and to improve the traffic and to make this into a reality, MSRDC had appointed a consultant for preparing feasibility study and preparation of Project Report for six-laning and also elevated Road on Bhiwandi-Kalyan Shilphata road.

Due to this elevated road the connectivity of Thane, Dombivali, Kalyan and Bhiwandi will be improved and will help to develop the location as a new residential, commercial and IT hub.

Contruction of new bridge by MMRDA over Ulhas river in Kalyan will also begin in few days. The new four lane bridge will be helpful for travelling between Kalyan and Thane-Nashik highway and this will also solve the problem of bottle neck that is caused on Kalyan SHillphata Road in Dombivli.

On the same road there is new project coming up by Regency group named Regency Anantam in Dombivli east on Kalyan Shillphata road. This project will also be one of the luxurious project with 1, 2 bhk and also commercial buildings with all high end amenities. Possession for the project will be given in Dec 2022.
